The Foundation of Growth: Felt Experience Over Insight
My clinical work is focused in two areas, grounded in one commitment: lasting change must be felt and lived, not only understood. Durable transformation requires moving beyond the stories we tell ourselves into the direct, embodied experience of being differently in the world.
Individual & Couples Therapy
My work addresses anxiety, relationship challenges, and the psychological impact of medical conditions—including gastrointestinal issues, pain, and sleep disturbances. I work with individuals, couples, and families to bridge the gap between understanding and transformation.
Examining the forces outside of conscious awareness that shape our patterns and perceptions.
Depth-Oriented
Change occurs through lived experience—integrating meditation, sound, and movement into clinical sessions.
Experiential
Understanding individuals and relationships within their broader social and developmental context.
Systemic
Sessions range from 50 minutes to four hours. The goal is not symptom relief alone, but a deeper reorganization—releasing shame and developing the capacity to live and relate with authenticity.
Healing and Growth with Psychedelic Medicines
Psychedelics can open powerful windows — insight, emotional release, new perspectives. But without integration, they don't translate into lasting change.
Preparation: Set and Setting
Preparation is the foundation. Together we examine readiness, clarify intention, and create the inner and outer conditions for a genuinely therapeutic experience — including psychological readiness, intention-setting, and practical preparation.
Transformational Integration
Integration is where the real work begins. I help clients metabolize, stabilize, and live what was opened — translating insight into embodied change across the regulatory, relational, structural, and existential dimensions of being.
