Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
My practice is out-of-network. I provide detailed superbills for insurance reimbursement, though I recommend checking with your provider regarding out-of-network mental health benefits to understand your specific coverage.
Do you offer remote sessions?
Yes. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for individuals and couples, as well as in-person therapy at my local office.
What is the typical session length?
Clinical sessions range from a standard 50 minutes to extended four-hour blocks, depending on the clinical need and the type of work being done—such as intensive depth-oriented work or transformational integration sessions.
Is psychedelic work right for me?
Psychedelics are powerful tools but not suitable for everyone. We begin with a thorough preparation phase to assess clinical readiness, psychological history, and appropriate set and setting to ensure a safe and therapeutic experience.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. I work with couples and families to address relationship challenges through a systemic lens, focusing on relational dynamics, depth communication, and durable structural change.
